The Insights Discovery psychometric tool gives people at work an understanding of themselves, understanding of others, and how to make the most of the relationships that matter in the workplace.
The basic Insights model is represented by four colour ‘energies’, and it’s easy for people to grasp and remember; however it does have a lot of hidden depth as well, for those who are more curious.
The model can be applied to different functions: team members, managers and leaders, and in sales.
Each participant receives a personal profile including a detailed description of their selling and influencing strengths and weaknesses. Through discussion and activities, we build self-awareness, and the flexibility to deal with others’ preferences. We look at how to spot the client’s buying style and adapt to that.
Above all, the aim is to develop better relationships, which last longer, and gain better results.
